Community Involvement

All Great Western Flooring employees – including owner Steve Chirico – are devoted to the communities we serve.

Beginning the day we opened, the Naperville region has given us the support and opportunities we needed to grow into the family-owned local fixture we’ve become. Helping our community prosper in return is our privilege, and we intend to continue giving back to the towns we appreciate.

Here are just a few of the ways we strive to say thank you to our community:

360 Youth Services

360 Youth Services, formally NCO Youth & Family Services, was founded in 1971 by a group of concerned parents, community and religious leaders who saw the need for local professional services for youth and their families. Working cooperatively with local organizations, NCO has helped lead the development of programs that encourage positive change including counseling, education and housing for local families.
